A4D Early-Stage Dementia Awareness Training for Social Prescribing

This interactive awareness training is designed to give social prescribers insight into the challenges people face at the onset of dementia, their existing skills, and how arts programmes can help re-energise and inspire them to preserve identity and stay connected in the community. The session will be led by Arts 4 Dementia’s trainer Aubrey Maasdorp, with guidance on arts prescriptions from Cicely Ryder-Belson and Nigel Franklin of A4D.

There will be opportunities to network in breakout rooms.
