Carers Content Working Group – tide

Come along and meet other carers. Learn more about the practicalities of being a carer of someone with dementia. You will have a chance to chat with and hear from other carers who share similar experiences. This session is intended to allow people to learn from each other and take informed action on how positive change can be made in carers’ lives.
