Join tide every fortnight on Wednesday mornings for a relaxed chat with other members of tide. The chat and change groups are friendly, informal and attended by current carers, carers of those who are in residential care and former carers – so are open to all.
Chat and change is a chance for you to meet and talk with other carers. Share your experiences and ease your concerns in a pressure-free supportive environment of other people who know what you are going through.
