Join us to discuss the challenges of emergency hospitalisation for people with dementia and help co-design a solution.

Dementia Change Action Network (DCAN) are running an event to bring together a group of people with lived experience of dementia and professionals from emergency services, to discuss the challenges of emergency hospitalisation for people with dementia.

We will also look at what could help, and see how a person-centred document sharing people’s details and needs can support this difficult time.
