NASP webinar: Thriving Communities Fund celebration

Hear all about the successes of the Thriving Communities Fund projects over the last year.
Led by Wavehill, the national evaluation lead for the Thriving Communities Fund, this webinar will reflect on the achievements of the 14 projects which finished in March 2022. This webinar will hear from a number of projects showcasing their successes and learning.
The Thriving Communities Fund supported local voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCSFE) projects that brought together innovative place-based partnerships to improve and increase the range and reach of available social prescribing community activities, especially for those most impacted by Covid-19 and health inequalities.
Who is it for?
This webinar is open to all. Come along if you are interested to hear about innovative partnership working in social prescribing and the voluntary and community sector. You could be from the health sector, local authorities, the VCFSE, research and academia, or anyone else interested in social prescribing.
