Personalised Care at Scale – working with multidisciplinary teams

Health and care professionals are invited to ‘Personalised Care at Scale’, a free virtual conference to support multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) in the delivery of personalised care – which leads to better patient outcomes and improved job satisfaction.
Organised by the NHS-endorsed Personalised Care Institute (PCI) and taking place at 9am-1pm on 8th June 2022 – the day before “What Matters To You?” Day – the conference will allow attendees to explore how personalised care aligns with their own values, hear examples of innovation and best practice and consider how they can be part of the movement to deliver personalised care at scale.
Also available online at the PCI site is a range of more than 100 resources, including free eLearning courses.
