Playlist for life – Help Point webinar

February 2 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Playlist for Life has a variety of free webinars about the benefits of using personalised playlists to support those living with dementia.

Help Point webinar – learn how to share the power of personal music in your community

This short webinar for Help Points is designed to help you support your network while social distancing. With a particular focus on tackling social isolation, the session will provide you with the knowledge and skills to help your service users make a personal playlist. This webinar is for staff members and volunteers from our registered Help Points and community organisations looking to join the Help Point network.

The webinar includes;
  • How music can help your service users living with dementia, particularly those living in isolation
  • How to use Music Detective skills to track down the best music for a personal playlist and how this can open up conversations
  • Ways to listen to the personal playlist
  • An introduction in how to get music to someone living with dementia

Various dates are available and new webinars are added regularly to the Playlist for Life page, so do check back if you can’t make any of the following events. You can also sign up to the newsletter.
