Rock ‘N’ Roll Liverpool with tide

Race through Liverpool’s rock roots while raising money for Together in Dementia Everyday. Whether you walk or run in the steps of the Beatles, let the beat go on as you help carers and former carers of people dementia take control of their lives.

There are five distances to choose from so there is something for the experienced runner or the newbie. The four distances are:
• Marathon
• Half Marathon
• 10k
• 5k
• 1 mile
