Social and community connection in dementia

A webinar about dementia research into the effects of maintaining connections with your community: our social lives help our health!
This is a free online event via Zoom. It starts at five past one (13:05) and ends at five to two (13:55) to allow people to get between different events.
This is the third session of the IDEAL Webinar Series, it will include:
- Professor Christina Victor, Co-Investigator on IDEAL Programme Manager and Professor of Gerontology and Public Health and Vice Dean (Research) in the College of Health and Life Sciences at Brunel University, as well as the Ageing Studies Theme Leader in the Institute of Environment, Health and Societies.
- An expert by experience from the ALWAYs involvement group. The ALWAYs group advises on all of IDEAL’s research and helps us co-produce resources.
You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions! The event includes 25 minutes of presentation and 25 minutes of Q&A.
The session will be recorded to allow others to watch it afterwards. However, questions will be edited out if you don’t want to be seen.
