The Alzheimer’s Society’s Innovation Hub asked for feedback from people affected by dementia regarding banking difficulties. Visit the Innovation Hub to see the results and comment on the posts.

Visits to the bank, telephone banking and online banking all provide their own challenges.  The feedback received about the banking difficulties that people affected by dementia experience was put to a vote, and the ones with the most votes will be investigated further.

The Alzheimer’s Society’s Innovation Team, with the support of Santander will work towards developing a solution for one or more of the most voted for challenges to improve the experience of banking for people affected by dementia.
