Participants in the programme will be offered a learning package tailored to their areas’ needs. Accessed over 2 hours a month in a flexible way, so people can learn at their own pace, participants will be able to take part in a series of online workshops and virtual peer-to-peer learning sessions organised regionally, as well as exclusive opportunities to network with others on Learning Together from their area.
The aim is for those involved to have the opportunity to build cross-sector partnerships, connect and network, learn from each other’s challenges and successes, and strengthen their organisation to deliver social prescribing in the best possible way.
