Peer Leadership Development Programme

We’re working with the NHS Personalised care team to support people with dementia, and their family members or carers, to take part in the peer leadership programme.

Objectives

• Support people with lived experience to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in talking about personalised care.
• Encourage people with dementia, and their families and carers, to sign up to the programme and learn more about personalised care.
